You know those trainwreck events? The ones where you see/feel/just know something horrible is about to happen, or is in the happening? And all you can do is just watch because you're too far in now. You're in the mix, the mess, the scene. You can't run away from the crash when you're locked in the car. Or worse when you're the victim. You're tide down with all this rope [stress] and there's the train coming straight for your defenseless body. Then you realize you did it to yourself. You are the crowbar in the door handle. You are the villan tying the damesal to the tracks.
